winter warmer deal?

I registered my LE software today, and thought that I would receive an automated email regarding the upgrade with my new serial number. But so far haven't received anything?

has anyone else done this? and how quick did you get your new serial?

(i have contacted NI for support by the way, this is a general consumer question)

 

Same here. Bought the Audio 2 because of this promo. Registered the hardware and LE software and haven't received an e-mail. Contacted registration support.

 

Guys, please check your spam/junk filters as NI emails are often junked.

Also i believe there maybe an issue with the Automated response system at this very moment so there might be a delay.

I will check back to see if you have received your emails. Keep me posted in this thread.

I have the same problem: I neither got an automatic Email with a SN for Traktor Pro 2 after I have registered Traktor LE from my new Audio 10 on November 9th 2011 nor replies to my 2 support requests from last week [Ticket#2011111210003987] & [Ticket#2011111010006719].

Is it a winter deal or a winter fake? :-(

BTW, my spam folder is empty, too.

 

I have the same problem. I bought the Traktor Audio 2 and registered it on November 9th. I have not received the Traktor 2 Duo upgrade and while I filed a support ticket, I've yet to receive a reply from NI.

OFF tropic: i bought (14 september) an x1 when the same offer was running that you got a free copy of traktor... but didn't install it cause i was using serato... but decided 2 try traktor and sold my serato box... have i lost that free copy of traktor or what? or do they upgrade my duo to pro?

 

I've yet to receive anything. It's been almost two weeks now. At least NI's Daniel posted in the thread because I heard absolutely nothing regarding the support ticket I filed.

same story here. not sure what the turnaround time is. there was also a card in there for a $30 credit.. not seen a thing.

 

I bought mine on Sunday, so it's only been 24 hours for me, but I'd love to get my Traktor upgrade soon

 

Does this offer also apply to the Komplete Audio 6 interface? It brings a copy of Traktor LE 2. It's a more expensive interface so I think I'm entitled. :|

Same problem: Bought NI Traktor Audio 6 few days ago (including Traktor LE)
and waiting now for the "Free Traktor Pro 2 Upgrade"-eMail..

Just wanna mix some tunes for christmas :/

I registered mine copy of Traktor LE 2 (TA2 interface) a DAY before the deal came out - any chances I could get this too?

 

I sent a question to the NI support system, and I got the upgrade serial number just after a few hours.
