I have just bought an Audio 10 interface and have registered it along with Traktor LE 2 and I as well have not recieved my email which will allow me to upgrade to Traktor Pro 2.

Whats up?

 

Same problem here, does anybody know how long does it take? I just sent them an e-mail and registered the Audio 10 today :S

 

There is no reason why it shouldnt be instant. I'm not a happy camper.

I registered my audio 6 today - using this for Christmas and New Year gigs - and thought the email to upgrade to traktor pro 2 would be instant?

I have had nothing yet and have raised support Ticket#2011122010005913

I too have yet to receive any upgrade serial code or $30 gift code for registering the software. I only bought the audio 6 because I saw the promotion that was going on. Hopefully they respond soon and carry out what they said they would.

That was my question at the beginning of this thread. Will someone (preferably from NI) clarify whether the Komplete Audio 6 interface is eligible for this promotion or is it only the Traktor Audio 6? :S

 

Email I got says "Free Software Upgrade with Every Interface"

but the small print at the bottom implies that's not necessarily the case.

I also purchased the Audio 2 and am having the same problem. I registered the included Traktor LE2 software like I was supposed to and still have not received an email about my free upgrade to Traktor Duo2. I also sent in Ticket#2011122610002638 to registration support about this.

OK, just to clarify. I just got off the phone with Sales at NI in L.A. The Komplete Audio 6 interface($299!) will NOT qualify you for the free upgrade to Traktor Pro (from Traktor LE 2 that is bundled with it)!:angry:

I practically begged the guy but he stood his ground.

Meanwhile... the Audio 2 DJ that I got on sale for $57 does qualify for the upgrade to Traktor DUO 2! Go figure! Spend more, get less.
