Wish I could import music from dropbox..

With me only having the 16 gig version of ipad and a lot of music production apps, I don't have much room for a lot music I would like to have on it.. Will there ever be update where I can import from dropbox or something? Wish itunes sync wasn't the only way..

This is a must have feature... please make this happen..

 

A work around is to simply use iTunes Match. I think the reverse feature is a lot more important: export to dropbox (and/or soundcloud)!

 

Do you want to play live off the cloud? Otherwise you would need to have the music offline available on the iPad anyways, which does not help at all with your storage problem.

I agree that iTunes Match is a much better alternative.

 

The issue is to have tracks available at any given time. I wouldn't stream the track, but I may want to grab it off Dropbox or a WiDrive at any given time. There's no reason to not have the option available.

How does iTunes Match integrate with the app?

 

If you are using Traktor Pro, iTunes Match is not supported by Traktor DJ because it creates multiple versions of tracks and they are not the same as the tracks in your Traktor Pro collection thus metadata will not be preserved.

 

I just saw the other thread on match.. Wow, that sucks.

 

How does iTunes Match help? we simply want export or import from Dropbox and soundcloud flawlessly.
