Wishlist: Tables with different A/B sizes

This would be very helpful so that you can present a mini-view of a table in one of the views of an instrument, and zoom in the other view to allow the user to make meaningful adjustments.

You can get around this with a macro that directs R/W events to two tables, one big (visible in B), one small (visible in A), but that's an ugly kludge--and you can only output Read values from one the tables, or go through all sorts of hoops to have the one table read into the other when modified, which requires...well it's just too ugly to get into.
