Hi,
i'm Ecki Mühlhäuser, Germany
A brief history: In the year 1980 I began to play drums and was since that time member of a New-Wave/Ska/Punk-Band for about ten years.
After a long musical break I'm doing (other ;-) music since 2010 again. I'm producing every track by myself – from the idea to the readymade track – with my "MASCHINE"-Controller/Software (+ VSTs) on my Mac.
End of july 2011 I started uploading (some) of my tracks to the music-community "Soundcloud".
Here's what I posted at Soundcloud for the moment:

Some good stuff there. Really liking "Urgency" (but i'm biased towards "soundtrack" style tracks). Very impressive production quality coming out of Maschine.

Sorry for my bad english, but what do you mean with "... i'm biased towards "soundtrack" style tracks"?

 

It means i like tracks that sound like "soundtracks", and i try to incorporate a "cinematic" feel into a lot of my own compositions. That's why that track, in particular, jumped out at me from the selection on your soundcloud page.
