won't acknowledge support tickets

    3rd time in 6 months I'v opened support tickets and NI won't even respond. NA won't work on my perfectly operating (with everything else) mac pro.

    NI just acts like you never contacted them. nothing but crickets. I'v been trying to get NA to work for over a year.

    completely f'ing useless...
