Won't open

Just upgraded to Komplete 6 on a Macbook intel 10.6.4

Absynth 5.0.1 won't open in standalone " Cant' create new Sound Database"?

In Logic Pro 9.1.1, Absynth, Massive and two others are disabled?
I installed updates.

Concerning Logic:
Open Logic in 32 Bit mode, before that:

Remove the following file from your User Library (not Main HD Library):
User/Library/Caches/com.apple.audiounits.cache

Then boot Logic, it should scan all functional Plug Ins

Also try deleting Absynth preferences from:
User/Library/Preferences/com.native-instruments.Absynth 5.plist
Then boot AB5 in standalone and see what happens

 

Absythn never opens up so a .plist is never generated.

I'm trying to get to open as standalone first.

Are you logged in as Administrator?

 

I have the same problem.

 

I asked a couple people to look into this. I'll post when I hear something.
