    1) You start the download normally, say, with Native Access.
    2) When the download stops progressing, go ahead and terminate Native Access. I do that with Task Manager on my Win 10 pc.
    3) In your "Downloads" folder, find the .toc file for this download. It should be the newest file in there, and its title will include some part of the product name you were trying to download.
    4) Open that .toc file to read its contents. I use Wordpad.
    5) Find the url near the top of that file. Copy it and paste it into your internet browser's url field and hit enter. In other words, make your browser go to that url.
    6) That will immediately start a download of the product you want, and it will complete without problem. The file will be an .iso.
    7) Once the .iso download completes in your browser, open Native Access once again and click once again on the "Install" button for that product. Your product installation will then complete just fine. Now you can do all that again for whatever other NI products you want to install.
