Workflow improvements for live use.

These requests are from the reference of using a Maschine JAM live.

- TRACK&PATTERN CLEAR FROM STEP-MODE
A way to clear a track or pattern from the step editor mode. At the moment, CLEAR+PAD deletes the sound. I think this should clear the track data of events and automation and then maybe SHIFT-CLEAR+PAD could delete the sound. At the moment, you have to either: A) leave the step mode, stop the pattern, delete the pattern, return to step mode or B) click every pad and delete all the steps.

- DON'T START ANOTHER PATTERN WHEN DELETING A PATTERN
When deleting a playing pattern, it should not start another pattern on that track (or at least, that should be optional)

- MOVE SHIFT+SELECT MORE CENTRALLY or another one.
Ok this is really for the next models - but really shift+select buttons should be positioned centrally so you can use them in conjunction with another button with one hand. I need two hands to press SELECT + PAD. This is not good for performing live. I only have 2 hands and many things to do simultaneously. That's why there are usually 2 shift, cmd, alt etc on every keyboard.

Deleting the sound is a more or less useless function, since you still have to browse+load something to use that slot again and then it doesn't matter if the slot was empty. Clearing the pattern would make more sense.
