Worth / possible to update to 1.4.1 version from 1.3.2 on MacOS X

    FM8 update 1.4.1 is said to require at least MacOS X 10.10.

    I am currently running version 1.3.2 as a VST plug-in under MacOS X 10.8.5.

    1. Is it worth upgrading?
    2. Will the application run smoothly under MacOS X 10.8.5 ? If not, what's the most recent version compatible with 10.8.5?
