Would like to register NI Komplete 2!

Sorry Im gonna have bit of a gripe now! I own and love Reaktor! I therefore jumped at the chance to buy Komplete 2. On trying to install (on G4 867MHz DP Mac/OSX 10.3.4) the bundle I was told I did not have enbough access privelages. NI then told me I needed an attatchment file to fix this known problem, and subsequently to keep my email account empty to make sure I could receive said attatchment.

This was over two weeks ago. Since then I have received no correspondence from NI what so ever.

Having spent what is to me a lot of money, Im wondering am I being too impatiant or has germany just gone off line for a few weeks?

Anyone else experienced or experiencing similar problems? Anyone any ideas of a solution?

I have the same problem. i hope native will send me some infos. my local dealer told me to repair the discaccess with onyx or xsupport. but it doesn`t work. what os do you have? i work with 10,2,8

 

Am using OSX 10.3.4. I finally got the K2 fix app sent to my work address which actually worked. I think there is a 1MB limit on attatchments in most email addresses like hotmail/yahoo/or .net so you cant receive attatchment properly or at all. However the process is still proving very tedious as although Ive now managed to install the software and register, none of it is authorized on my computer. All the different programmes seem to want individually different codes and when I run the reg/auth tool the keyfile given to me is not recognised. Aaaah!
