I came across this problem too. I got a nanoKontroller from Korg and I bought the camera connection for the ipad2(the 30 pin connection) I have and was able to midi learn controls to the controller. I use it to control the levels.

 

Wait... so you can use the Korg controller with iMaschine?

 

How on earth did you do that???
