Wrong Serial "Brass Collection"

    Hello, i am a new here and comming from Slovakia... forgive me my english :)
    I own Komplete 10 Ultimate and tody i downloaded "Brass Collection" in two Parts: 1. Brass Ensemble and 2. Brass Sollo
    After instaling the first part of the Collection i was asked for a serrial. The problem is, that i have only one serial for the "Collection Bundle" and this serial is wrong for the first part "Brass Ensemble"... Can you help me? Thank you

    What is the exact error message?
    Maybe try also installing the second part "Brass Solo" first before entering a serial.

    Did you buy the full version or crossgrade of the Brass Collection?
    In the second case make sure you use the same account in Service Center as you used for activating Komplete 10 Ultimate: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/knowledge-base/show/561/what-is-service-center/

    Thank you solger for your help... I have some minutes left to finish the downloading the second part and i try to instal it and than write the seriall, like you said... I buy the crossgrade version, because yesterday i buy the komplete 10 ultimate...

    After second Part was the same problem... BUT, there (download) was a file "Symphony_Series_Brass_Collection.iso"... After instalation from this .iso is now everything perfect :)
