WTF? I payed and no download at all :(

Hi Support,

I just bought Scarabee from your webshop. When I click on the "Download PC" button I am redirected to this page: http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/?content=1694:confused:

Same here? Download links don't work.

 

Bought Razor a few minutes ago, download link just redirects to homepage.

When I go to my purchases and trying to download, the site says "Download currently not availible" What to do?

I filled a support request into NI

 

Did that around a hour ago, no response yet.

Same thing for me - I would think the website is having some traffic issues with so many people taking advantage of the current offers.

I'll try again later and will see, can't wait to try out Absynth and Massive

I finally got an "answer" from NI, which doesn't help at all.

"Dear Sir or Madam,

Please find the invoice for your order XXXXXXX enclosed.

If your order included a download, the download link was already sent to you in a
separate email."


That link doesn't work!

 

Why don't they respond? Take money without delivering the products is WRONG. BAD. Fraud.

 

Same here with the Razor Download.

Link at the order page and in the e-mail doesn´t work!

Where's the NI feedback in this forum? No error message on the website when the link does not work.

The downloads are still down..... Are they even trying? I decided to remove the service center because its crashing on startup and then I realize the downloads are just redirecting right back to the homepage. Two strikes = un happy camper D;

 

Is it just me or is 29 hours on a day just not possible?
