Just purchased massive then tried to download using link in email. Just takes me to the bloody home page!

im a bit relieved to see im not the only one crying in my bedroom about razor well,I hope someone experienced something similar in the past and it was solved quick?

 

do we know that this will be solved quickly? no doubt UK users will have to wait till tomorrow morning at least?

 

I dont think such a big company wont have people working 24/7 when it comes to support!They cant let their site malfunction for so many hours..or this is what I hope!

don't know your age but there was a time (not long ago) you had to ask for a catalog, then select items and send a ckeck and wait like an entiiiiire week (yeah a week is 7 days no i don't say weak anyway) and a guy would bring you what you ordered at your door !

now yu bought your new toy online with paypal and get upset after little hour because some guys have a life to care about and are sleeping at that moment ? well guess what YOU WILL SURVIVE THIS ! i promess

Maybe you are right from your point of view,but due to my age (20) I expect from online stores to satisfy my needs the second I procced and checkout.I don't mind being patient,but I can't be,simply because when I give money,I take my product back at the same time.Also,unfortunately I can't buy Razor from my hometown,so buying online is a one-way solution.Last and most important,I payed,I have every right to qq about it.

 

Now downloading Razor using my emailed download links. Seems to have started working again. Enjoy everyone!
