WTF? I payed and no download at all :(

the offer says "immediate download". The offer in the market changes, so you cant compare old practices with current ones. I would say "in the medieval times, you needed to wait almost a year to obtain something", but now we have FEDEX.

I could wait and I understand that errors happens, but you cant expect that everybody would be happy with this.

BTW, the error was fixed.

 

Is anyone else still having issues? I noticed a few people saying it's been resolved, however I'm still being taken to the NI home page no matter which download link I use. I've got tomorrow off and was really looking forward to playing around with Razor. =(

 

I got an email from support in which they write that everything should work.

Wrong! Nothing. No download - "page not found"

This sucks NI!

 

If you go to your Account from the NI site, and order history, the links worked for me there.

However, I still have yet to receive an email with my license codes. This is getting really frustrating now.

 

so people still have issues?very dissapointing!I'm sure this ruined the day of many of us!I had to be alert all the time until I got it to work,I dont know the real issue but my advice would be to check every 20 minutes or so for a fix..and read the manual till then

The world's biggest plugin company isn't able to deliver ONE simple e-mail?

After 2 days still no serial code for my razor.. Shouldn't this be an automated process in 2011?

I bought Razor AND Fm8 and i never got an email with the licences "Feels bad, man."

 

Same problem... Bought Massive and FM8 still no further emails except the one verifying the fact that they took my money. No one is gonna speak on behalf of their company or what? This is the NI forum right..?

Well at least the downloads are in my download section. Whenever they get this fixed I know it will work out. And who knows maybe we will get another voucher or something for our troubles.

 

That would be great but i just want my products more than anything XD sure the service isn't that great right now but i have to say they do make great products.
