X1: where/how can I get service..?!?

    Hi Guys :)

    One of my two X1 controller stop working. Basically when I connect it you can see a weak light flash on buttons then it turns off and get not recognised anymore.
    Obviously I checked cables and ports but issue persists while other controller works fine.
    I can't find a way to get it repaired.
    Can anyone help me to sort this out, please...?!?
