Closed XDJ 1000MK2 Bug Reports | Traktor 3.3.0.91 | OSX 10.4.6

    Bug 1: Play Button
    1. Plug in XDJ 1000MK2 into MacBook
    2. Open Traktor
    3. Turn on XDJ
    4. Select Link / Traktor / Deck A on XDJ
    5. Play Button Intermittently stops working - does not play the track in deck A

    Bug 2: Two XDJs Connected
    1. Plug in XDJ 1000MK2 into MacBook
    2. Open Traktor
    3. Turn on XDJ
    4. Select Link / Traktor / Deck A on XDJ
    5. Repeat steps 1-4 for second XDJ but select Deck B
    Actual Result: Second XDJ controls Decks A & B
    Expected Result: Second XDJ controls Deck B

    Hi cpooniwala ,

    Thank you for your report.

    Bug 1: Cannot reproduce, Play works fine after linking the XDJ to any deck.
    Bug 2: Cannot reproduce. I link first XDJ to Deck A, second to Deck B and the first controls only deck A and the second only controls Deck B.

    What FW version is on the XDJ 1000Mk2s? Do you have midi mappings for the XDJ 1000Mk2 loaded ? or any other mappings/controllers connected? Do you connect the XDJs directly to the computer or is there a hub in between?

    If possible please make a video of both bugs and attach it to the thread.

    Hey Sander,

    Couldn't replicate the first bug. Seems to happen intermittently. Attached is a video of the second bug.

    XDJ Firmware: 1.4.1
    Connection: XDJs are connected directly to the Macbook via USB-B to USB-C cables
    Additional Hardware: Have a DJM9000 Nexus 2 Connected as well.
    Other Midi Mappings: Don't believe there are any additional midi mappings affecting the XDJs

    Also - Once I select the Link button on the XDJ, I can begin scrolling through the tracklist on Traktor without selecting which deck to control.

    Which kind of Macbook you have? So all XDJ's and the mixer are connected to the same port thru a USB-C hub?

    Hi Sander,

    It looks like there were 3 XDJs listed in the controller manager in Traktor. I ended up deleting all of them, restarting traktor and they seem to be working fine now. Appreciate your help - think this was a weird tsi mapping issue.
