XDJ-1000mk2 Support ... Please!

Awh.. am not sure but i think latest beta traktor versions witch is not causes it freezing is only supported by catalina, am dealing with same situation on my old 2010 macbook pro.
Only way is to patch it and have catalina installed on.. then traktor hid should work fine.. hlpe it helped.

 

People...I was update to Catalina OS and download Beta Version 340160 last version of Beta and same story.after couple tracks Traktor is stop the control from XDJ 1000mkII. Dialog on screen " One on more of the connected devices failed to connect. Please check if the firmware on all devices is up to date." Hm but players have a last firmware Ver. 1.42. And normaly connected in HiD and everything fine before make setup sound card thru the XDJ100MKII. So when I use internal soundcard of Mac work fine when switch Audio setup -Audio Device- Pionner CDJ/XDJ ( CoreAudio ) and soumd thru the XDJ 1000 soundcards after couple tracks stop the controling from XDJ's

 

Advice. Don't go update on Catalina. This is huge ****.

 

So, these decks mostly work with traktor. If i was to put a djm s9 in the middle would the s9's pads and other functionality work aswell? potentially making the absolute pinacle of modular traktor controllers?

 

I solve problem with USB 2.0

 

I solve problem with USB HUB 2.0, connected 2 XDJ1000mk2 on USB HUB 2.0 and this USB HUB in my Mac USB 3.0. This is work perfect without any problems in HID mode. Obviously there are compabitility issues with USB on XDJ1000mk2 and USB 3.0 on Macbook pro 3.0 USB 13" protocol. Interesting I play with many of Pioneer players like CDJ2000 nexus and nexus 2, Mixers DJM 900....900nexus and 900nexus2 without USB hub and work perfect. I never need use HUB 2.0 before, so that me confused when I start the use XDJ1000mk2 HID mode. Thats all cheers guys...
