1. Hi everyone,

Apple just released Logic Pro 10.5 for MacOS 10.15. We found out that Massive X, Crush Pack, Mod Pack, Replika, and Replika XT will crash.

Our teams are currently working on a fix, and we hope to have this out to you as soon as we can!

    Best wishes,
    The NI Team

    Very impressive, nice work!

As is this runs without BOME ?
And are there plans to also enable on-jog & main unit screens with Traktor ? (similar to your DDJ-1000 mapping [which requires BOME - which on one side is great & good to see that it works, but I'm also skeptical to introduce yet another layer of software requirements....])

And +1 for an official mapping/native support from NI & Pioneer for Traktor & the XDJ-XZ.

    Cheers.

Yes, this will run without BOME by reconfiguring the devices.
Right now fo the BOME is required for the needle (needs 14-bit OUT messages), and for multiple timers (CDJ-style blinking).
The DDJ-1000 BOME needs are similar, just more of everything.

yes, once Pionneer improves their midi mapping.

    A fair comment.
However right now doing this is impossible in Traktor. The most urgent feature is missing 14-bit OUT messages.

BOME has also higher limits overall, which make life easier:

It would be great to have the XDJ XZ in HID Mode similar to the XDJ 1000 etc

The XDJ XZ now has Rekordbox DJ, Serato AND Virtual DJ integration. Where is NI on this?

Once again, NI left us in the dirt.

    Way behind the competition.

I do not own this unit. I ported this mapping from my main DDJ-1000 one, and tested it in a shop as the video shows.
Best is to try this mapping for free.

    about your questions:
Double shift: probably yes. This firmware did not existed when I ported the mapping.
    Stems: no
Remix decks: same as page 24 of this pdf. This was ported but not tested extensivelly.
