Xponent Tsi

Greetings fonfonboy, I'm currently using your Tsi mapping but I just have a few questions that hopefully you could answer! First, would you happen to know how I can use 3, 4 and 5 of the xponent's cue points as control for the sampler deck on TP2? Also would you know of a way where I could change the gain and make it a filter? Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks!

went through all the steps in knowledge base for windows 7 audio tuning tips for audio processing , controls of xponent still l freezing after a while .

this problem is getting to me is there anybody that can reccomend a solution.

 

can u try another powersupply for the xponent.
Had a problem once, i thought the xponent was out-of-order (sound was ok but the midi was ko).

 

hey im running into a huge issue with my xponent. is there anyway to preview the track in your head phones without affecting the sound from either the booth or master volume? i cant play a song in my headphones with out hearing it on my monitors. I've tried several different mappings but its a pain to hear what song I am going to play next.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Hey DJ KAD, Hows the sampler mapping coming along for the xponent? Or are you just rocking with the old TSI? Over at traktor freaks there is a good TSI for the Korg nano kontrol for use of sample decks and loop recorder. Could be a good ccombo.

 

Hi, i have added few things in my mapper but not the sample management and neither 4decks support. If someone is interested can download it and use without risks.

 

I can't map samples volumes because native/maudio/pioneer... made a mistake building their controllers...They should build Efx knobs like Novation nocturn. In this way we could map efx knobs for switch Samples volumes/Efx parameters....:/

 

fonfon boys tsi is great , but...
I would like the same as you want gain/filter sample decks instead of track decks with hot cue buttons being used for sample deck triggers.

but i am as dumb as they come when it to mappings.

is there anybody that can help us ?

also fonfon boys fx settings are set . change his fx to your and then after a couple of tracks it goes back to his . how do you change this setting.

heres hoping for a m-audio - xponent upgrade with 4 decks and external deck plug ins like s4 and dennon with dedicated browser.

 

Porblem with my headphones...

Hey guys!

Traktor dosent seam to find my headphones.

Dunno if its becuse of this tsi or what?

What could be the problem plz help

 

I have the same problem , my heaphones / monitor channel 3 and 4 doesnt appear or while i am playing it suddenlly dissapears , have to go and manually install monitor / channell 3 and 4 again. very frustrating .
also sometimes when starting traktor the browser view and deck view is inverterted . ie track browsing/scrolling only works in deck view. one has to reload tsi file for it to work properly again.

why is this happenning ?

 

Since there are various mapper and versions, pls specify which mapper and version you use. With my mapper you have 2 decks only support but 0 bugs

 

Hey does anyone know what MIDI messages control the meters and the track progress indicator? I used to know this but forgot.

Here is my mapper , originaly done by fonfon boy on traktor bible .



dell xps L502x win 7 home premium 64 bit 4 gig ram , traktor pro 2.1.2 .

 

I noticed in another thread someone said it was 14-bit. Xponent only has 10-bit faders. Same as the Versadeck, MPX10, U3, DJinn, etc.

 

Hi Kad, Ive downloaded you tsi for the xponent, great work!I have a few ideas to make it better(maybe)

I have changed the sensitivity of the jogs to 30% because I founded them useless with 10%, 30% value I think it more aproximated to a cdj.

Now my ideas.
I think it would be great to have a /2 loop when you repress the direct loop button, once the loop is activated, and a x2 with the shift button, I have tried but I dont get it to work, do you know something?

Then quiting the key functiones we would have 5 buttons wich I would use as sample launchers for the C&D decks, the volume can be regulated with the shift+gain knob for example.

What do you think?

If you are in loop mode you can /2 and *2 with buttons |< and >|

I'm building the c/d support (using finger button) and lookin for a nice layout for switch deck/sample mode
