Solved You are missing the base product: How to activate SELECT (came with M32 bundle)?

    Hi

    I dont know what to do. I get an error that states: you are missing the base product.

    This is waht i did so far:
    -> the hardware (M32) and komplete START are registered. Thats good, isnt it? So now i can register SELECT
    -> but when copying the serial from my account into native access this error comes up with the missing base product.

    What do i have to do? I about to buy the upgrade to K12U, but i need the SELCET first to qualify...

    What do you mean by that? All the serials registered in you account apear automatically in Native Access. Are you sure owning Komplete Select? Did it come with the M32? If you got a serial for that, you need to register it in the Native Access application.

    When i look in my webaccount, there is a serial for selcect.
    In Native Access i can not see Komplete Select under uninstalled or something. But i should be able to click "add serial" and put it there. But then the error appears...

    But he wrote that the couldn't add his serial. As far as I could see, Komplete Select isn't part of the purchase, when you buy the M32. It only comes with Komplete Start, regarding to the NI-Website.
    Did you get the Select-licence elsewhere?

    Hey, i bought the summer deal hardwarebundle, that comes with Select:

    And i can already see a serial for select in my webaccount - so everything should be fine, but it isnt working.

    Or did you might get a little paper sheet in your package where the serial is included?

    Ok, the support sorted it out. I have no idea what the problem was, but they registered the serial for me. Ok then - solved ;)

    Sorry guys I was away for a couple of days and only have time now to check on the tags ;)
    Good to hear it's sorted and it was just probably because you didn't register the Komplete 12 Select via Native Access. The support team would have done that manually for you.
