    Hi,
I tried to download the free Kontakt 6 Player and received an email that told me to download Native Access - So I did.
The program updated and everything seems to work, however in the mail it says: "Once you've completed the installation and logged into Native Access, go to the 'Not Installed' section, where you'll find KONTAKT 6 PLAYER, ready to be installed."
But when I go to the "Not Installed" section it's just empty with the following message: "You have no products to install - You can add a serial number to register and install more products".

    Am I missing something?

Yep, I used that service to download native access.
I received the mail, but it just told me to download and install Native Access, there is no serial number or anything of the likes.
The mail literally says: "Once you've completed the installation and logged into Native Access, go to the 'Not Installed' section, where you'll find KONTAKT 6 PLAYER, ready to be installed."

OK and you have an account with the same address that you used to receive the mail - otherwise native can't know that it's your account? But maybe you just have to wait for native to add it to your account. And a few years back in my case I got an serial number but then that has maybe changed?

Go to the website and enter the email for factory selection then press get download then in that mail there is a serial you can add in native access maybe then the player gets also added.

I tried signing up for Factory Selection and this time I received an email with a serial-number!
The Factory Selection also shows up in my Native Access, however I still can't download the Kontakt Player...

And you are using the same email adress for the download mail then in native access? But maybe it just needs a little bit time and it will appear automatically.

Yeah, I am using the same e-mail!
Maybe it takes time, however the Factory Selection was there immediately.

Have you already tried to restart Native Access? Or, just in case, maybe to reboot your computer, as well?

Otherwise try requesting another [Get Download Link] (using the same email) again for the Kontakt 6 Player.

Seems like a legit option, but now it gets really confusing.
I received the email with a serial-key for the bundle, and it worked.
Or at least I can now see every item in the bundle EXCEPT for Kontakt Player, haha!
