    I sent a sales support email recently.
    I ask a very simple question, about how I supply proof of ownership to your online shop, when I purchase the Akoustik Piano crossgrade.

    No sign of a reply, business must be good for your company, if this is how you deal with a sales inquires.

    I also notice problems on this page where threads asking for help, go unanswered for several days, and sometimes never replied to.

    I went through the propper channels, posted to Sales request info, and got an automated reply.
    Still no reply with any information.

    It can't be that difficult to reply to an enquiry.

    I posted here, to see if there just might be an NI guy browsing

    Ringing up is the best way, you could wait for weeks for support over email.
