Z1 eVoucher question

Hi,

on the product page it says that the Z1 is coming with a $50/50€ e-voucher and that it's usable for al NI software products. Just to make sure, it does mean that I can use it to buy Komplete or a Maschine expansion with that voucher as well, correct? Also, for how long is the voucher valid?

Yes, e-voucher is valid for software only. It's valid for three months.

Hmm cool, i always though the E-vouchers were €25 or $30 , 50 is nice man !

 

It depend on the product, I think I had only $25 with Maschine.

I think $50 for Z1 is because it doesn't include Traktor PRO 2 but only LE license, hence the voucher value is higher to compare to the one supplied with F1

 

Yeah i always had €25,- , even on Komplete Ultimate 8 and 9 , would be nice if they make it 50 on everything hah

 

if it's only valid for 3 months, it might be wise to delay activating it for a couple of weeks. I'd hate to see another promotion (e.g. a Komplete upgrade) come up towards the end of the year with my voucher running out 2 weeks too early.

How do you claim the evoucher? Is it by entering the serial at the registration page? Meaning: unless I register it, I won't get the voucher right away?

 

Yeah you recieve it a few days max after registrating. If you dont registrate you dont get the Evoucher. I forgot or you get it after activating the software or after registrating the hardware. But that answer will be in terms and conditions.
And remember, you cant use the voucher on a promotion or special offer deal (because you say i hate to see another promotion when youre Evoucher has just run out).

 

ok, I forgot that. So that means if they're going to offer a 50% discount on Komplete upgrades, my 50€ evoucher won't do me any good? I thought that in the past people would say "Good thing I still have my voucher..." when something like that occured.

Also recently somebody tryed with the Reaktor deal and it didnt work.

 

It's too bad its only on software... I allready have Traktor Pro 2, and not interested in other software. But I do need protection for my Z1, would love to use it to but a Stand! But thats a no go...

 

I agree, what about us that already have tp2 that dont need any more software?

If it was applicable to hardware i'd probably indulge in an x1. But curre tly it'll just go to waste...

 

can you use more than one voucher for any one purchase? And can you give your voucher to another person? Because then the people that don't need their vouchers could sell theirs to someone else who could then combine those for a bigger purchase.

 

Nope not more than 1 Per purcharge. You can give it away to a friend tho.

With the last promotion I did buy Reaktor with the hope that it will upgradable later this year if another Komplete promotion comes by. Since I can't use the voucher then, it is less attractive to me since I'm eyeing for the Ultimate version of Komplete. So any expansion I'd get would most likely be included with Komplete Ultimate anyway.

What else is there to get then? I'd hate for it to go to waste.

I dont know, i always use them for maschine expansions, always wondered myself what the use would be for a Evoucher if you have Komplete Ultimate etc for example but no Maschine, pretty useless i geuss....
I think its something they should work on, you should be able to use it on all there products imo.

If i cant use one of mine i give them away to somebody who can use it so it wont go to waste.

I still have one to use and i saw that mail yesterday to check how long its stil valid and in the mail it said only for personal use , or something like that, so actually thats not allowed.
But of the record - it wil work and will give no problem - lol

 

could you post the text of the evoucher email (without the acutal code, of course) to see what it says?
