Z1 not working?

Hi everybody!

Just bought the Z1 yesterday.
Everything was working perfectly for a couple of hours. Plug and Play. I was really enjoying it.

But suddenly the Z1 disappeared from the preferences panel and was not able to interact with it anymore. Just the sound card and the Main Knob working.

I had to add again the Z1 in the list (see screenshot) but now when I plug the Z1 I can only see the lights show at the beginning but then nothing.

I can only use the Main volume Knob. So I can just interact with the sound card (my computer recognise the sound card) but nothing else. Only the Main Volume Knob is working.
Then if I want to recalibrate the knobs or faders it says that there are no mapped controllers. Apparently Traktor doesn't recognise the device.


Moreover is the Z1 available on the Controller Editor? Because I cannot see it at all.
I already reinstalled it but it is not shown on the controller editor.

Did you manage to resolve this, I'm currently having the same problem...

 

I have the same problem and cannot solve this. Mine is 3 week old.

 

Turned things off and on again, and suddenely the Z1 worked. I have no idea why....
