Z2 Knob (Rotary Knobs) Problem - loose contact?

Dear community,
I only found tutorials on how to clean the faders or dessembly the z2.
I have a major problem with my right fx knob which drives the whole traktor pro 3 nuts (Going to full stop after twitching all over the other buttons).
The knob has no function till about 70%, then it's about 20-30% in software. Near 80% is jumps to all different buttons, linking, turning left/right (Like a major mapping, but I found no preloaded mapping).
I reseted, recalibrated everything, no midi-mapping is active.

Please, I need help!

I filmed it now. In the controller editor you can see I use Knob CC41 after CC41. Nothing, until it reached about 80-100% and then it jumps to different buttons all over the controller.

 

SOLVED

I dissembled the whole controller on my own until the platine, I cleaned the knob with air-spray. Reassembled everything and it works now.
As aspected there was no contact possible with NI (Hotline dead, no online chat because of a minor pandemic). Please, work on that. Embarrassing as always.

Edit: I'm not a geek. I have some technical understanding and a good organisation. You don't have to pay 150€ and waiting for your stuff from the NI service. Cost: 15€ workstuff and airspray and about 6 hours.
