Z2, mixtrack pro, tracktor scratch pro 2

Hi everyone, new to the forum today.

So, as the title says...

While im waiting for my turntables to be delivered, is it possible to have my mixtrack pro, Z2 mixer and scratch pro 2 all connected and running?

If so, how and what settings do i change? I e seen vids online with this setup but only demos, no tutorials on setup.

Hi,

connect your turntanles to the Z2 and the Mixtrack Pro to the USB Hub of the Z2.

Run Traktor's Setup Wizard and calibrate your Timecodes.

To use your Numark controller you need a Controller Mapping (maybe you find it one the Numark Homepage) and import it in the Traktor Controller Manager.

I have no turntable yet, they will be delivered on wednesday. Will the Tsi make the mixtrack work with the Z2 and Scratch pro?

 

Yes i only hope you find this tsi file on numark page. If not, you can also try to googel or you map the controller yourself.

Hello Electric~shaQ, can you please provide me with the TSI file you used to get your mixtrack pro working with your Z2 mixer?

 

You don't need a special TSI. The standard one provided by Numark will work.

 

As makar1 said, i used the standard numark 1. Works fine

 

One of my turntables is out of action for a while and I hadn't even thought about using the platters on the Mixtrack! This is brilliant, thanks for your help!!
