z2 sound card issue??

    while using the control vinyl, my music has slowed down and gets distorted. traktor says low timecode quality. if i turn off the z2 and turn it back on, everything is fine. but the problem is reoccurring. this happens on both traktor 2 and traktor 3. what do i do to fix this?
