Z2 switches to internal mode and or skips to a different cue point

    has anyone had any issues with the mixer randomly switching to internal mode mid mix? It's usually accompanied by a skip to a different cue point or a drastic change in pitch.
    It's super frustrating lol. :(

    I have tried, resetting the mapping inside of traktor, i've tried a new set of decks, new cables, new timecode, ive also set the decks view to include the calibration scope which looks fine.
    currently running mac mojave 10.14

    any help would be amazing.
