Z2´s Knobs unconfigure

Hey there.

I can´t tell in which moment the Z2 went completely crazy. I´m sorry because I trusted this mixer to be durable.

The problem I´m having: I use z2 as a controller with traktor pro in my pc and my mac, and as an ¨analog¨ mixer for the technics 1200 mk turntables. I played with vinyls one night, and the next day I connected the Z2 back to the pc and the functionality was changed. Without knowing, I think this should be quite a simple problem to be solved by Native Instruments. The thing goes like this:

On Traktor mode and with traktor scracth pro open:

1)The mid and high frequency knobs dosent work.
2)the aux mix knobs changes the left channel gain
3)the tone knob changes the high frequecy on the left chanel
4) the macro effect knob moves the mid frequecy left channel
5) the low frequency knobs moves bothe the low frequency and the right channel gain at the same time
6) the left filter knob moves bothe the filter and the high frq right channel
7)the corssfader dosent work

These and other things unconfigured in my z2. I really hope NI has a answer for this, I think this problem is pretty serious if there is no solution for it.

The firware is updated, the z2 driver too, i have both pc and mac (windows 7 and ios 10.10). The problem is that the mixer is working this way in every mode I use it.
