On my computer screen, I would like to zoom zoom out and zoom in under the sequencer. I would also like to be able to select whatever window I prefer and have that as my main screen.

The sequencer has a zoom feature, it is also controllable from the hardware with the "Navigate" button.
What do you mean by Window? Are you asking for a detachable/maximized sequencer window for example?

Yes, I am talking about a detachable window or full size window on the PC Screen, I would like to zoom out and zoom in so I can see a full 8 bar pattern.

Zoom in/out is already a working feature so I am confused to why you are mentioning it.

If your suggestion is for the sequencer to have a detachable and maximizeble window then edit your original post so others who might also want the same feature can understand what you mean exactly and show their support to your suggestion, right now it's a bit confusing.

On the hardware screens in the section view cannot be resized vertically, is there a way to do it? or its a missing feature?

There's no vertical zoom in the arranger... are you talking about vertical scrolling?

If the request is about detachable windows please edit your post and title so others who might want this understand what the request is exactly.

Oh... So the answer is no, there's no way to do it on the hardware.
There would need to be a Y Scroll knob in addition to the X one that is already there, feel free to make a suggestion about it if you feel it's important.
