    Hello everybody,
can anybody tell me if it is possible to configure the mouse wheel to zoom in/out the waveform when mouse focus is on it?
There is a midi command for this, but no possibility to map it to the mouse wheel
System is MBP, OS X 10.8.2, Traktor Scratch in most freshest version.

It used to work like that in previous versions, but no more. And there's no option to set it either...

Yes, I also can remember that it was still possible in Traktor DJ 3.
Also can't understand why the function was removed and especialy that seemingly nobody else but me cares...searched this and a lot of other forums for hours for somebody else with this problem.
For me it is a very huge disturbance in workflow of beat gridding and in enerves me again every single day...

Does maybe anybody knows how it is realized that you can control almost every knob, fader etc. with the mouse wheel?
Is there an underlying kind of MIDI-mapping for this, which maybe could be extended to also make possible the zooming via mouse wheel or is it more like "hard coded" than MIDI (dont know how to explain better)

There is a MIDI command for this: Track Deck -> Waveform Zoom Adjust. If you use a MIDI translator that can catch the mouse wheel and translate it to MIDI messages, this is possible. No idea if there is such an app around, though.

You could also file this as a feature request, it'll get a +1 from me.
