GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Native Instruments GmbH. Effective Date 2022-12-08.
1. Native Instruments gift cards (hereinafter referred to as “Gift Card”) can only be purchased and redeemed with Native Instruments GmbH at Native Instruments online shop.
2. The Gift Card is transferable. Upon partial redemption of the Gift Card, the Gift Card balance can no longer be transferred.
3. The Gift Card or, if the Gift Card has been partially redeemed, the remaining Gift Card balance, can be redeemed within the time limit set out by applicable law.
4. Individual or multiple Gift Cards can be redeemed to pay for an entire or part of an order.
5. The Gift Card (including remaining Gift Card balance) cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by law.
6. The Gift Card or, if the Gift Card has been partially redeemed, the remaining Gift Card balance, cannot be redeemed for purchase of other Gift Cards.
7. Vouchers cannot be redeemed towards a Gift Card purchase.
8. Native Instruments will not be liable for misspelling of the Gift Card recipient e-mail address, Gift Card loss, theft, misuse or technically-caused delayed transmissions.
9. In the event of fraud or suspicion of other illegal activities relating to the purchase or usage of a Gift Card, Native Instruments will be entitled to demand the closure of the relevant customer account and/or an alternative payment method. Native Instruments will not issue or refund payments of the affected Gift Cards, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Notwithstanding the foregoing Native Instruments Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply.
