WHAT IS KOMPLETE START?
KOMPLETE START is a collection of free instruments, effects, loops, and samples. These products can be loaded and played using the KONTAKT 7 PLAYER, REAKTOR 6 PLAYER or KOMPLETE KONTROL software, which are also included in the bundle. To learn more about each product, click here.

SET-UP CHECKLIST
Before you begin, you must install the KOMPLETE START products from Native Access, then set-up your keyboard and software. You will not see KOMPLETE START listed in Native Access. Some products are found as individual instruments, others are part of the Reaktor 6 or Kontakt 7 Factory Selections, and some appear as presets in KOMPLETE KONTROL. For help with Native Access, go here.

Step 1
For this guide, download the following products from Native Access: Analog Dreams, Expansions Selection, Guitar Rig, Hybrid Keys, Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt 7 Player, and Supercharger.

Step 2
You will need a keyboard to follow this guide, so make sure it’s connected to your computer, and any software it needs is installed.

Step 3
Run KOMPLETE KONTROL software on its own, not as a plug-in in any host (e.g, Ableton Live, Logic or Cubase), to set-up the library. This may take some time. If the KOMPLETE KONTROL application doesn’t load, go to the Support section.
WHAT IS KOMPLETE KONTROL?
KOMPLETE KONTROL is the easy to use software that organizes all the sounds from KOMPLETE START. It allows you to quickly browse all of your sounds, find samples and sync collections from Sounds.com from using one piece of software. More on this later, for now, let’s get started by connecting your keyboard!
SETTING UP YOUR KEYBOARD
You can use your keyboard to play and adjust sounds directly in KOMPLETE KONTROL.
To set it up, click the Komplete Kontrol menu, and then select Preferences. In the Preferences, click the MIDI tab to set your keyboard. And don’t forget to click the checkbox next to the name of your keyboard to activate it!
