This effect allows you to slow down incoming audio in real time by monotically increasing delay time and thus stretching audio waveform. The result is that audio becomes both transposed and slowed down (as opposed to only transposing with pitch shifter or only slowing down with time stretch).

What sets this device apart is that you can simulatenously apply slowdown in real time and play with it live by sending MIDI notes that will change transposition value. Basically you transpose down by N semitones by sending note that lies N keys below your "base note", for example sending C2 against C3 base note transposes down by an octave.

Note that this device naturally generates latency because of delay time being increased while the effect is in active state. Also obviously, the longer you stay in transposed state the more you lag behind incoming audio stream.

Example set up when using as a plugin in Ableton:
1. Create audio track, drop Reaktor with this ensemble there
2. Create midi track, enable input monitor, send output to audio track -> Reaktor
