ABM Soft Clipper
Is a Reaktor 6 plugin created for use inside Maschine Plus standalone. It features Asymetrical clipping through independent control of the positive and negative sections of the waveform. It also features a 2nd stage saturation module for more emphasized saturation. 2nd stage can be bypassed by moving the mix control to 0.
It also features two Drive modules that are gain compensated. One drives into the clipper the other drives into the 2nd stage saturation.

Controls

Input = -30 to +20 db

Thr+ sets the start point at which the clipper starts to affect the signal on the Positive displacement of the waveform.

Thr- sets the start point at which the clipper starts to affect the signal on the Negative displacement of the waveform.

Knee controls the slope of the clipper.
0 = clipped 10 = no change
X >10 creates peak emphasis
Drive increases signal to help achieve clipping of low signals. It is also gain compensated so increasing drive will not increase output signal level.

Switch controls whether the clean or clipped signal is being mixed with the 2nd stage saturation signal.

Mix controls how much of 2nd stage saturation signal is mixed with the chosen Clipped or clean signal.
100 = a clipped 2nd stage signal
0 bypasses the 2nd stage saturation.

Color switch allows you to change between a transparent, mid focused, or low focused coloring of the signal.

Output is a -60 to +10 db gain control.

Bypass bypasses the plugin completely
