Polyphonic grain synth with plenty of control of movement, pitch ect.Resonator and effects make it quite cpu hungry though.Just 1 sample included to keep upload size small.Hope it might be of use to someone.Cheers glyn.

hello glyn. pitchbend version is fine. however, another bug exists: when lfo 1 and 2 are in sync mode, their speed parameters are not properly stored/remembered in the snapshots. please, could you correct that as well? many thanks to you in advance! excellent ensemble.

Controlling this with Konkreet Labs' Performer opens up a whole new world of complexity in terms of how far you can push this ensemble. Loving it!

hi eveyone,i have followed Phils advice and updated zeit.It no longer has the mask(that i purely put in it to make it look a bit different)so that simply by clicking the wave display you can accsess the editor.Have fun, glyn

Glyn I don't understand why you have put the transparent cover over the sample waveform, this means that you can't easily open the sample map. to be honest i think it would be much easier if that was not there. also, i think you should upload an amended version where the use does not have to load the sample in and also the user does not have the transparent mask... remember there are new Reaktor users who will find these little glitches very puzzling.

hi everyone, sorry about the glitchs. The high cpu usage i am at my wits end trying to reduce,i just can`t seem to lower it.As to sample loading i am working on that one,but for now here goes on how to load and set up your own samples.1.Place your cursor over the waveform display and right click and select`Show in structure in second pane.2.Find the grain cloud module and left click it to highlight it3.then press the icon with the wave shape at the bottom of the page display column.3.you should now have in the bottom left of your panel the wave edit pane displayed with VOX CONCRETE shown, with values from left to right reading,0.0.0.0.127.these are the values for that sample.$.now press the edit button above the vox concrete name,a selction box will appear and from that select ADD,then guide this to your own sample library, and select the sample you want to use, that sample should appear in the wave pane with its values reading from left to right 1.127.1.0.127,next double left click the `R`value and change this to `1` also so the value noe reads 1.1.1.0.127,this will now allow the sample select knob to select either of these samples to be used in your own sound and for it to be saved in the snapshot.Repeat this for all your additions to the MAP changing the `R` value to match the `L` value each time.I hope this helps all of you to load in your own samples.Alternatively you could right click thewave display as earlier describedfind the highlighted screen mask, delete it and change the Graph BG in the VIEW pane to suit your own colour preference. Then when you right click the waveform display you can select the wave editing options from the dailog box that is shown.cheers glyn.

Hi Glyn! Interesting thing - Your ZEIT! Sorry, another musician: I only get the sample for the last preset. I'm followed Your advice, adding samples to the map - but, how get the new samples into the Grain Cloud Module?
Glyn Darby

Yannick,do you mean samples to use as sound in use IE sample select or the way of loading them into the sample map, cheers glyn.

Too load new samples is a little bit convaluted as the ensemble has a mask over the graincloud display. All you need to do press the wave display in the reaktor control panel, right click graincloud diplay and select the option show in second pane, then left click the graincloud module in the second pane and the waves will appear in the wave editor in the bottom left of the ensemble panel. Then you can add any samples from your library and when you save the ensemble remember to save the map.Hope this helps you, cheers glyn.

Grainy mellotron with mello samples. Especially good if you use pink-noisy samples.

Thanks for the comment Graham,i hope its functionality is OK to understand. The MODX increases all its section controls by a factor of 2 with each incrination of the knob, handy for short or long samples, andPOS just moves the loop marker up or down.Cheers glyn
