Any chance you can let us know how you set up your ES-5? What port did you use for the 8GT and which one for the 8CV expanders? Thank you.

Thank you, I will try that today, I have noticed that when I plug a gate into output 7 on the es8 that around 5 of the channels on the es5 react to it inside of reaktor. So I am wondering if it has something to do with the pin placement on es5. I will try a few more times today to see what i can get result wise.

I've just looked on es web site and there is only one header for es5 and one for es6,It infers that the system is the same as es3,so it may work.good luck and i would be interested to see if it works.

I don't have an ES8 to test with, these tools were set up with a ES3 expanded,The expander inst might work via the es8,try using a different header on the es8 to link es5.I don't know weather the ES8 uses the same protocol for its expanders, does using the expander "steal" some of the outputs of the ES8 like it does for the es3,if so then they will be the reaktor outs to try feeding the output of the expander inst.(you will need some form of encoder to access the es5 directly from reaktor.the expanders are designed to work with the silently software)

is there a way i need to set up my es 8 with the es5 expansion in reaktor for the outs to show up for the es5? es8 working fine and shows up all options, but nothing for the es5. Wondering if I need one of your tools to make it work or im just doing something wrong.

These models(es3/es6/es8) work out of the box with reaktor so they don't require much else other than the pitch2CV and the gate out blocks, for full use.I will be updating the expander inst as there is still some optimisation to do.(no idea when) thank you for the interest

Will you be expanding your ES offering to other models such as the ES3, ES6, and ES8?

Glad you fixed it,it all worked 1st time for me,so i must have connected to the correct header first time...lucky. Ive nearly finished an update which is a rewrite(in core) of the es5 stuff and includes support for ESX8GT and a improved din sync module...coming soon

Ok - fixed that problem - looks like it ES-5 jumper needs to be set to channel 1 (Pin 5)

Hey these are great - just what I was looking for. I seem to have a strange issue though. When using the ES5 gate outs module if I send a gate to G1 I get nothing on the ES5 - on G2 it appears on Gate 1 on G3 it appears on Gate 1 & 2. It seems to be doing some wierd binary combination. I can't send dedicated gate outs.
