Reaktor 5 or lower

DESCRIPTION

Another polysynth similar to an Access Virus A.
Specifications:
- 3 oscs (2 main, 1 sub) with sync & fm, saw, pulse, triangle, sine and 62 original virus waveforms
- 2 fully independent multimode filters (low-, high-, bandpass and bandstop) with adstr-envelope (t=sustain time), different serial and parallel routing options
- saturation stage between the filters with 4 saturation types
- amplifier with adstr-envelope
- 2 lfos
- 3-slot modulation matrix (on panel B)
- low boost, chorus and delay effects (on panel B)

It´s a bit more sophisticated than Nord with more sonic capabilities, but it needs therefore more CPU (~16-20% on a 1,8GHz Athlon).

Just wanted to follow up: Used this instrument exclusively in Live 6 for my track, "Salutations to the Sun". Thanks again for your remarkable synth(s)! http://www.jasonjbundy.com/sounds.html http://www.myspace.com/jasonjbundy

There is a whole KVR-thread just about your synth in the "instruments" section. Just wanted to mention it. Looking forward to play with your monster, I never had a real one of any of them. Thanks very much!

I didn't expect anything and was surprised, also this .ens is - like the recent Nord.ens - very versatile and pretty usable in any kind of context. Creating new sounds is easy because this fine .ens is so selfexplaining and has especially that warm and crisp sound i like so much. Thanks for sharing, it's a keeper.

1. Now that I am recalling my Virus (I have not user my hardware in some time since I am using reaktor almost exclusively) it is quite close to the virus' fm behavior. Its a bit to much detuning for me. Yet, I am having fun programing this synth. 2. The waves from the virus are excellent you did a great job recording them for use in you ens. Thanks.

Hi Jonathan, well, the FM control works exactly the way I want. The unconnected P to F component going into a subtract-module is for correcting the pitch. otherwise the pitch would be 8,176 Hz above the note you play. I know that the FM control does not work as you may expect, but it's quite close to FM on a real Virus with a strong detuning.

Could you ckeck the FM control. I am not sure its working...Perhaps it just me, and that the sound you want. You are running two p to F componants to a divider. One is set to mono and not connected, not sure what the fix would be.
