Seems to work fine in Reaktor 6 for those wondering. An incredible synth, and great teaching tool!

@James Jones „Having a small bug in that the Volume resets to zero, every time I restart a sequence.” Hi James, i don't understand „sequence”. There is no sequencer inside.

Beautiful synth. Having a small bug in that the Volume resets to zero, every time I restart a sequence. If I wait until all the sound goes away, this doesn't happen.

Wow. It's kinda hard to believe that 2008 was 4 years ago. Time flies. I didn't even know about reaktor back then...

The sound gives a cold and electricity in some snaps. Awesome. One of the best synths on the site.

Thank you very much, this is amazing and your detailed tutorial is great. I had been contemplating buying a modular, I still want one but this helps me to get more out of one when I finally do.

..must have been blind somehow. thanks, found it.

Hi Hannes, the transparency knob is at the left bottom: on left side there is the panic button then the (main) tune knob and then the transparency knob. Maybe you have clicked on the numeric readout: then the label changed to numeric - click again onto the numeric readout. I hope i don't misunderstood your question. The knob changes the transparency of the wires only.

amazing idea and synth! seems to be the right ens for me (Reaktor noob, but knowing some other software modulars quite well). However, I'm having difficulties with the pdf tutorial atm, chapter 3.1.2 ("blue knob and patchcords"): can't find the described "transperency knob" on the panel. does this document possibly refer to a different version?

at Volker („Sounding one of the Best, but the Snaps are 75 % Trash.”) a good elevation i think - modular m1 is made for users - so please create your own snaps and upload here. I would like to see interesting snaps for modular m1. nevertheless have fun!

thank you Herwig, i made this coarse for the Clavia G2, but i like to rewite things for reaktor. but that is not in the near future. prob. after the summer holyday's. i was just thinking ahead. with much regards, roland
herw

@roland you are an official REAKTOR user and your coarse too i think. So there is no restriction. You are not allowed to make money with it (nevertheless you will get money as teacher ;) ) and you are not allowed to publish it anywhere (every REAKTOR user is able to download it here and use it). Have fun with it and use it in your class and PLEASE use the manual :) ciao herw

@Miroslav arrgh - my fault. I don't know why - there are three files. They are identical, only the number of snaps are different. The actual version is 5.07 . I will correct today.

The more I use this, the more it impresses me in terms of sound design potential, audio quality, and not least, ensemble design (the patch cable scheme is a stroke of genius). Great UI as well. Truly a standout piece of work.

@John Blech: Midi-learn: yes you are right - something seems to be lost when upgrading from v4 to v5. I will have a look to it.

Herwig, it’s nice to see the modular back on UL. An instrument with this potential for sound design and the ability to make as many unique sounds as it does should truly be at the top of the 100 list.
