Komplete 26 comes in four tiers, each expanding in size. Komplete 26 Select is an entry-level music production bundle, in three editions tailored to beatmakers, songwriters, and electronic producers. Komplete 26 Standard offers the best-value mix of essential instruments, effects, and sounds. Komplete 26 Ultimate adds more advanced and specialised tools, including high-end orchestral content. Komplete 26 Collector’s Edition is the most comprehensive option, including nearly everything we’ve released.
Why is this called Komplete 26 and not Komplete 16?

With Komplete 26, we’ve updated the naming to reflect the release year, making it easier to identify which version you have. Komplete 26 is still the next version after Komplete 15, with no changes to upgrades or compatibility.
What is the difference between Komplete and Kontakt?

Komplete is our bundle of music production tools, which includes Kontakt. Kontakt is a virtual instrument platform and sampler that allows you to run all of your libraries, as well as thousands of third-party plugins.
Is Traktor part of Komplete?

No, Komplete includes virtual instruments, effects, and sound libraries for producers, whereas Traktor is a separate DJ software application and range of DJ controllers.
