We believe in true end-to-end ownership and self-contained teams to guide new ideas from concept to product release. We code, deploy, and maintain our products at the highest level. Design is key to everything we build. We're passionate about improving our products, our agility, and ourselves so that we can open new creative horizons for our users.

Go-To-Market

Our Go-To-Market teams deliver valuable and innovative marketing campaigns and programs, and meticulously measure their effectiveness. We act as the conduit between the company and its audiences. Our teams look after both strategic and conceptual aspects of branding, PR, and communications, as well as creative aspects like video production, graphic and web design, and copywriting. Sales is also part of the GTM organization. We work with a network of local distributors in order to make Native Instruments' products available to customers around the globe.

General Counsel

Our General Counsel is a group of legal advisors in Berlin and Boston who are the first point of contact for all colleagues worldwide for legal issues of any kind. We value communication, mutual support, and a willingness to learn, and we strive towards a paperless office. We work with a large global network of external law firms.

Information Services and Solutions

Our Information Services and Solutions team provides smart business solutions for the company, whether that’s analysts who derive insights from data, or creating a modern cloud-based data infrastructure. Finance

Our Finance teams take care of all financial matters within the company, including forecasting and budget reviews, as well as functioning as an intermediary between NI and external partners, banks, and auditors. From ensuring accurate and precise reporting and compliance standards to providing important business insights, we empower our stakeholders to make commercially savvy and robust decisions.
