PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
More than 170 people work in the area of Product Development at Native Instruments. We are organized into several cross functional product teams consisting of Software Developers and/or Hardware Engineers with a variety of skill sets and disciplines including Design, Audio/DSP, Database, Automated Testing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. Our cross functional teams are supported by Product Owners and Scrum Masters who work together to build products and feature sets from concept to release and constant improvement while ensuring the highest level of product experience and development best practice.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
The Product Management team at Native Instruments is concerned with the "Lifecycle Management" of all NI products. They contribute an important element to the business planning of the company, and create the strategic product roadmap based on comprehensive market analysis and sales monitoring. They also define and roll out the coordination of product policies. Product Management comprises dedicated market Research and Business Development experts, and acts as an internal interface between Product Design and Development, as well as Marketing, Sales and SCM.

Go-To-Market
Our Go-To-Market teams deliver valuable and innovative marketing campaigns and programs, and meticulously measure their effectiveness. We act as the conduit between the company and its audiences. Our teams look after both strategic and conceptual aspects of branding, PR, and communications, as well as creative aspects like video production, graphic and web design, and copywriting. Sales is also part of the GTM organization. We work with a network of local distributors in order to make Native Instruments' products available to customers around the globe.

SALES
The Sales Team at Native Instruments is split throughout the offices in Berlin, London, Los Angeles and Tokyo. They work together with a network of local distributors and resellers to make Native Instruments' products available to a broad number of customers around the globe. While North America, Europe, and Japan are traditionally the strongest markets for Native Instruments, growing audiences for music production and DJing in regions like China, Latin America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East create new opportunities that the Sales teams also explore.

PMO & QM
The Project Management Office (PMO) is another crucial department at Native Instruments that leads and manages various types of projects. The PMO also focuses on implementing and supporting project management methodology. The PMO therefore enables the organization to deliver all projects on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. The focus of the Quality Management (QM) team is to optimize processes throughout the whole company, and thus assure productive teamwork and continuous improvement. Combined, the PMO and QM is a strong team of over 20 employees that make sure that NI continues to excel in its field.
