    Hello all!

I’ve been trying for several hours now to emulate the super classy bass sounds as in this tune, (below). They're all over the Author album. They sound so simple, like it's just a squareish oscillator with a slow attack/fast decaying filter but I can’t get it right. at all. It’s that slightly throaty thing i’m after. I’m guessing the reverb they’re using plays a major part aside from the synth. Any leads and hints would be greatly appreciated!
