Hello, I also opened support ticket (# 1773762) but have not received a response yet. I have an NI user account tied to an email address that was administered by my college. They have since shut down the domain the email address was on, and no historic emails were archived/no forwarding is available. I would like to merge that account into my account I set up with my current email address. I can provide some proof of ownership over the user account on the old email address (copies of receipts from online orders). I'm having trouble finding a US support number so resorting to this here. Thanks!
