How do you play a single chord to end a phrase in Session Guitarist Picked Acoustic?

    At 1:10 in this video, the guitar plays a single chord to end the phrase.

    However, it's not evident how this is done.
    I've tried editing the latches time in the playback tab but it either ends the sound abruptly without letting the chord ring out, or it plays half of the next phrase.
    There is no option to play a single chord anywhere that I can find.

    G#1 on the keyboard triggers a long ending. see section 3.5. Playing Endings and Slides of the manual, and if you notice in the vid, the G#1 is being triggered in the piano roll of the midi
