1. Hi everyone,

Apple just released Logic Pro 10.5 for MacOS 10.15. We found out that Crush Pack, Mod Pack, Replika, and Replika XT will crash.

Our teams are currently working on a fix, and we hope to have this out to you as soon as we can!

    Best wishes,

  2. Hi all!

A quick update on our Summer of Sound sale, which went live earlier this week. While the sale has already been active both on our website and with retailers worldwide, we felt that it was not the right time to do any marketing around it. We felt that there were more important voices and messages that needed to be heard during this time.

We know that this a popular sale and that many of our regular customers look forward to this event each year, so we just wanted to let you know why we have not communicated about it so far. All communication will be going live on Monday, in the meantime, we hope that you will find something in our sale that excites you. Stay safe and happy music making.

    Best wishes,
    The NI Team

I have been running Traktor on my PC and can access external hard drives through the explorer panel on the Left-hand side of the screen in the program (i.e. C: D: E: H: ....etc).
I just obtained a MacBook Pro to run Traktor on and everything works fine, however, if I have an external hard drive connected, the MacBook detects it and I can access it from the "Finder" screen, but it does not display in the Left side panel inside the Traktor program. I have all of the updates and patches installed I believe. Is there a special setting I need to do with Mac or the program, or am I just unable to access external hard drives through Traktor using a Mac.
    Please Help!

I'm able to access my external drives just fine in my MBP. Have you tried repairing disk permissions to that drive as well?

No, this is my first Mac system and I am unfamiliar with that option. I will attempt to locate that option and try that route. It should be emphasized that I can access my external drives on my Mac, I am unable to access them on the Mac through Traktor. They don't display as an option.

with traktor scratch running go back to finder and eject the drive, and unplug it from fw/usb. go back to traktor and make sure explorer expands when you double click on it, then reinsert the fw/usb cable.

this happened to me as well, the above worked and now it is fine.

I tried and that didn't work. It does recognize a usb flashdrive, just not the larger Seagate external. Thanks for the suggestion though...

How is your external drive formatted? FAT32/NTFS/HFS? I'm not entirely sure but since MACOS can only read NTFS without being able to write to it I can imagine a possibility of encountering some problems there.

When I was sharing a track collection between my Mac and my Vista PC, I kept the drive formatted as FAT32 so as to be able to read AND write using both OS's.

when u add your external drive to the Music Folder list in Traktors preferences then it shows in the Traktors explorer Music Folders.
