1. We're currently conducting systematic tests with the release version of macOS 11 (Big Sur) in order to offer full compatibility of our products as soon as possible. You can find our latest compatibility status - here

Please note that although announced at the same time as macOS Big Sur, Apple Silicon processors are an independent release with separate compatibility concerns for NI products. Compatibility with macOS Big Sur will not yet ensure compatibility with Apple Silicon processors. At the moment, Native Instruments products are not supported on computers with Apple Silicon processors. Read more - here

This whole NI forum is so messed up.

Its one big huge mess. I'm not sure what you guys did with this version of vbulitin but you guys messed up tonnes of things.

    1) When I get an email saying some replied and I click on the link to the forum and then go to quote.. I write some stuff then hit submit/post and it never works!!! I have to go and reload the whole thread again then re-write everything then it will allow me. (I'm logging in alreadt in both cases)

    2) The organization of this and the other forums is horrible, people are posting Traktor questions in the main MAC, PC, Others... forums instead of the traktor forums.

What a better way is if each software group would have their own:
    1) General
-Maybe a off-topic, suggestion, FAQ and news subforum.
    2) Software
    - Mac / PC seperated subforums?
    3) Hardware
    4) Known bugs (Locked to admins)
    4) Other Language
    - (Spanish, German.. etc subforums)
    5) Archives

I agree with this, and I think the proposed organization would help a lot. For example, right now, I know of MIDI controller discussions in Mac hardware, PC hardware, and General. If there were just a Hardware category, they would more fittingly go there.

Instead of in General, could Suggestions get its own area? That way, people (hopefully NI) wouldn't have to look through everything in General just to see what features users would like (if NI does this...).

    I agree....this forum sucks now.

On top of having a buggy upgrade, why does the forum have to suck top of that? Fix the forum please.

    Forum fixes this week

    Hi,

we are totally aware that many things in the new forums don't work as they should, and that the structure needs to be further simplified. Unfortunately the responsible developers were sick for the last two weeks leaving many things undone.

We are addressing these issues starting from today. Most of them should be solved within this week.

Please contine posting forums-issues that are still not fixed into this thread, as it will be monitored by the developpers.

    Sorry for the incovenices,
    Friedemann

im pretty sure they have made it apparent that these are getting worked on, and it should be obvious that they dont have as much time on their hands as you do.

Fixing these problems sound not take weeks. Even if 1 person is working on these problems they are really not that difficult and should be able to be fixed in a few days max durring full time work.
