I was wondering if Reaktor reports latency introduced by its processing (buffers/delays/etc) to the DAW.
    Specifically with ensembles like TRK-01.
I can imagine that without that it's hard for the daw to keep the kick tight (or to do meaningful side-chaining) ?

it doesn't. if the daw has the option, you may set a negative time offset for the tracks involved. if you have to route them before and after reaktor, set the negative offset in the sources, then place a delay on the pre-reaktor path.
